I always have a great experience here. The staff are amazing. My doctor he is fabulous! Dr. Sherman I respect his opinions on my health, he knows what he is doing! The office in whole does everything to a tee perfect! 👍 …

Dr. Anderson is wonderful. She always takes the time to listen and answer all of my questions and concerns. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. I've had to call in with questions regarding medications. I always know that I will get a timely response, and that all of my questions will be addressed. I think the TV in the waiting room is too loud, but that may just be my personal preference, due to the headaches with which I'm dealing.

Hit the Jackpot when I found Dr Katamakis and his staff. Above excellent in every way. Kind, compassionate, and calm. Explains everything in detail and then follows up to make sure you get it. He listens to me! Big plus. His staff is excellent and goes out of their way to help you. Lisa the NP is the bomb!!! and tops off a great experience with Dr. Katamakis and his office. I highly recommend Northwest Neurology ❤️

I’m just saying that Dr. Sherman, his assistant Dan, and all the girls in the office get a BIG 10 from me, today. I mistakenly showed up a day early for my appointment and they squeezed me in without skipping a beat. They made it so effortless, that even though it was entirely my mistake, my time in the waiting room was very minimal, as well. I’m so appreciative for not having to make the trip back the next day, to the Barrington office from Crystal Lake with freezing rain predicted. Thank you Dr. Sherman and staff for your kindness and professionalism in correcting my mistake without question. Top notch service for their patients!

I have been seeing Dr. Ali at Northwest neurology for almost 2 years. He is very thorough and takes time to listen and answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this practice.
